Orders

How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm the order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can usually edit or cancel within a short processing window after purchase. If you need changes, email support@wowsmileyy.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has shipped, we’ll guide you through a return once delivered.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check Spam/Promotions folders. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship to most locations. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address and selected method. Typical timelines are 6–10 business days for standard delivery. During peak periods or unforeseen carrier delays, delivery may take longer.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Check with household members, reception/security, and neighbors. If still missing, email us with your order number and tracking ID so we can help.

Payments

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use encrypted checkout via trusted payment processors and do not store full card details on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Email support@wowsmiley.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll share the return address/label and steps. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but actual colors can vary by screen settings and lighting.

Do you offer warranties?
